This stunning 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom villa (150 m²), accommodating up to 8 guests, features a private pool on a 2,000 m² plot.
Located in the private "Beauvallon" estate in Grimaud, on the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, the estate offers a private beach with sun loungers, a restaurant, volleyball court, 18-hole golf course, tennis courts, and more.
Comfort, peace, relaxation, and a friendly atmosphere await you.
Within the 10-hectare private estate, exclusive to residents: Supervised 25 x 12 m pool, 5 x 5 m children's pool, private beach with loungers and umbrellas, restaurant and bar, security guard and gated entry, ping-pong tables, volleyball court.
Nearby: Golf course within Beauvallon (18 holes), 4 clay tennis courts, Beauvallon water sports club (windsurfing, catamaran, etc.).
Services: - Bedrooms, pool, and garden prepared for your arrival. - Concierge services available on request for an extra fee.
From Sainte-Maxime or Port-Grimaud, you can take a shuttle boat to Saint-Tropez or nearby islands.
Rental conditions: - Minimum one-week stay in July and August, minimum 5 nights the rest of the year.

La maison est conforme à l'annonce, tout est très propre et la piscine est très bien entretenue. Le cadre est magnifique avec accès facile à la plage. Nombreuses possibilités de visites et d'activités dans les environs. Nous avons passé une superbe semaine en famille et nous reviendrons !
