Located in Kirchenlamitz, the holiday apartment "Buchhaus Vier - Erdgeschoss" offers a wonderful view of the nearby forest.
The 75 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services and a DVD player, heating, a washing machine, a dryer as well as children's books and toys.
The accommodation remains pleasantly cool in summer.
A high chair is also available. The property offers a shared outdoor area with a garden, a children's pool, an open terrace and barbecue facilities. The property is located just a short walk from a playground, the Naturfreundehaus café and public transport links. Only short-term parking is possible on the property; free parking is available 20 m further at the edge of the forest. Families with children are welcome. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed for a fee (proof of liability insurance is required). Please do not leave them alone in the accommodation and keep them off the beds (please bring your own blankets). Smoking is not permitted in this property. A bottle of water and coffee are provided on site. The accommodation must be returned in a clean and tidy condition.
