The villa Playas de Mallorca is located in Muro and impresses guests with its close proximity to the beach.
The 215 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 3 newly renovated bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
This vacation rental offers a private pool, garden, terrace, balcony, barbecue, and outdoor shower for guests to enjoy.
The property is located close to the beach and there is a tennis court within a 15-minute walk.
A parking space is available on the property and free parking is available on the street.
A maximum of 2 pets are allowed for an extra fee.
Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.

Die Zimmer waren wirklich schön und neu Renoviert genauso wie die Badezimmer. Es war sehr sauber und die Lage ist wirklich top.
Der Gastgeber war in der Zeit, wo wir in der Unterkunft waren sehr kooperativ. Das Wlan war gut und die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Der Gastgeber hat sehr oft nicht auf unsere Nachrichten reagiert. Teilweise wurde uns nach Tagen und mehrmaligem anrufen/ anschreiben erst geantwortet. Genauso lief es auch mit der Rückzahlung der Kaution.
Der Pool war immer kalt und konnte kaum genutzt werden, da die Sonne kaum draufschien. Der Garten war voll mit Mücken (wofür der Gastgeber natürlich nichts kann).

Die Ausstattung der Schlafräume und die neu renovierten Bäder haben uns gut gefallen. Küche und Wohnzimmer sind rustikaler eingerichtet, aber funktional und ausreichend. In der Küche gibt es 2 Kühlschränke - also ausreichend Platz für immer kühle Getränke. Die Klimaanlage im ganzen Haus war sehr an...
Die Nähe zur Hauptstraße ist auch nachts deutlich hörbar. Für ganz empfindliche Schläfer also eher nicht geeignet.
Leider funktionierte die Poolpumpe bei unserem Aufenthalt nicht richtig, so dass das Wasser leicht trüb war. Das hat uns nicht weiter gestört, da täglich frisches Wasser dazukam.
