The holiday apartment with three rooms and a shared lounge is located about 150 m from the train station.
The 50 m² accommodation features a lounge with kitchenette, three bedrooms (each with TV), two bathrooms, and is suitable for 3 guests—4 on request.
Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, and a washing machine.
A shared sauna is available (on request, for an extra fee). Guests have access to a communal outdoor area with pool (on request), garden, covered terrace, and barbecue.
A sauna is also available on site (for an extra fee). Hiking and cycling trails start directly from the house.
The apartment is 150 m from a train station with connections to Dresden and the Spreewald, and 500 m from shops. A parking space is available on the property, and free street parking is also possible. Families with children are welcome.
Pets and smoking are not allowed.
There is a storage room for motorbikes and bicycles. The property has guidelines to help guests with correct waste separation.

Vom Gastgeber haben wir einfach u. unkompliziert eine bessere (größere) Unterkunft bekommen!
Ruhiger schöner Garten mit Pool und Pfirsichen die schmackofatz sind.
Guter Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren.

Das Haus hat einen schönen Pool und die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Ausstattung ist komplett und alles ist vorhanden was man in einem Ferienhaus benötigt. Jeder muss wissen was er von seinem Urlaub möchte. Zur Erholung und Ruhe zu finden, können wir es nur weiter empfehlen. Ein großes Dankeschön an den Vermietern der Familie Leupold.
Unterkunft und Ausstattung einfach aber in Ordnung.

Vermieter sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Es ist alles vorhanden, was man im Urlaub braucht. Für mitgebrachte Fahrräder steht eine Garage zur Verfügung.
Die Fahrt zu den Seen mit Fahrrad ist nicht einfach. Radwege nicht so gut oder nicht immer vorhanden. Die Seenlandschaft hat perfekte Radwege.
