A house in l'Estartit, a coastal and sea village to enjoy in winter and summer.
A house with all the amenities you want to find, as well as a wonderful environment for both nature lovers and for those who prefer to discover the best fish restaurants and a village with a lot of life, especially during the good weather season.
A few minutes walk away, the small village of l'Estartit and all the amenities it offers: bars, restaurants, guided tours on foot or by boat, supermarket, and so on.
The beach is a 5 min walk away. Nearby is the Natural Park of Montgrí, the Natural Reserve of the Medes Islands (along with all the activities and biodiversity they offer). It is close to l'Escala (15'), Torroella de Montgrí (5') and Girona (37') and is very well communicated with all of them. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
