With family or friends, enjoy 120m2 of living space on a fenced plot of over 800m2. Bike paths nearby. LOCATION : Located in a quiet area of Beaussais-sur-Mer, you'll be able to get around on foot for all your needs, with the town 800m away and the carrefour market 300 m away. There are plenty of parking spaces in front of the house, and in less than 5 minutes you can be on the sandy beaches of St Jacut de la Mer and Lancieux. For a change of scenery, visit St Lunaire, St Briac or St Cast in less than 15 min. The beautiful coast of Dinard is less than 15 min away, and St Malo in 20 min. If you're not interested in the coast, Dinan is just 20 minutes away. FITTINGS : First floor: - A south-facing veranda with a family dining table and table soccer - A large living room with comfortable sofa and armchairs, TV, WIFI access and fireplace. - A charming open-plan kitchen with all the equipment you need to prepare delicious Breton meals (large fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hotplates, coffee maker, kettle, etc.). - Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, baby equipment (high chair, games) - Separate WC First floor: - 2 bedrooms with double beds (160x200) and storage space - 1 bedroom with 2 beds 80x200, extra bed 90X190 (folding bed), umbrella bed and storage, with its own shower room - 2nd independent shower room - Separate WC Outside : - Jacuzzi for 5 people - South-facing terrace with barbecue - A large garden with games (relax chairs, molky, badminton, ping pong, swing...)
