The vacation home "Vistas del Mar" is located in Playa Blanca and boasts a beautiful view of the Atlantic.
The 140 m² property consists of a living room, a dining room decorated with antiques from the East, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Two of the bathrooms have a shower, while the one connected to the master bedroom has a whirlpool bath.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, a fan, heating, a washing machine as well as children's books and toys.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available. The accommodation offers a private outdoor space with a pool, a garden and flower oasis, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. The property is situated 3.5 km from the town centre, where you will find supermarkets, restaurants as well as car and bike rental shops.
In addition, a grocery shop, public transport links and a tennis court are located within walking distance. A parking space is available on the property. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. The property has a very wide collection of over 100 books in English, Spanish and German. Air conditioning is not available. The property has step-free access and interior, the doors are wide and easy to access. There is an alarm system with a photo detector at the entrance (deactivated during the guests' stay). Childcare is available. Beach/pool towels are provided. The property has motorbike and bicycle storage. Sports and musical events can be organised upon request. The pool can be heated upon request and for an additional fee. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste, more information is provided on site. This property has light and water-saving features. Sustainable materials have been used in the insulation at this property. A shuttle service to the airport is available for an extra fee.
