Located in Florence, the holiday apartment "Olive Garden Loft - Settignano" offers everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Part of a country house, the 35 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom (with 140x200 cm and 120x180 cm beds), and a bathroom, accommodating up to 3 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), TV, air conditioning, heating, and a washing machine.
A baby cot and high chair are also available. The apartment has a private outdoor space about 50 meters away, set in an olive grove, with a gazebo (5x3 meters), table, and chairs.
The gazebo features a side curtain and mosquito nets; there is no electrical system, but a rechargeable lamp is provided for evening use. The property is just a short walk from a historic villa and its gardens and is surrounded by 5 hectares of private land with olive trees.
Parking is available.
Families with children are welcome.
One pet is allowed.
Smoking, parties, or events are not permitted. The property offers homemade products.
You can book guided tours, a private chef, and cooking classes (please contact the owner in advance).
You are asked to leave dishes and the kitchen clean and to dispose of waste; otherwise, extra charges may apply.
