This elegant two-story property features a living room, a fully equipped modern kitchen, 5 bedrooms (3 with double beds and 2 each with a single bed), and 4 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests.
Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), TV, air conditioning, coffee machine, dishwasher, and washing machine.
You will also have access to a private sauna, a private gym, and fitness equipment. Outside, enjoy a large pool with whirlpool function, a garden, spacious covered poolside terraces, a professional grill, and an outdoor shower.
There is also a balcony.
The pool can be heated on request with three days’ notice, subject to weather and host confirmation; this service is available for an extra fee. The property is a short walk from the beach, and public transport is easily accessible.
There are 6 parking spaces in a large garage.

Pets and smoking are not allowed.
Parties or events of any kind are strictly forbidden.
The property and its interiors are step-free, and there is an elevator.

De eigenaar was steeds beschikbaar en zocht onmiddellijk naar oplossingen bij kleine problemen.
De woning is goed gelegen in een rustige straat maar toch nabij alle te bezoeken plaatsen (Sirmione, Peschiera, Lazise,...).
Het is handig dat er een degelijk restaurant naast de woning is gevestigd.

Door de betonnen constructie is het wifibereik in de onderste kamers vrij beperkt.
