The holiday apartment "Im Holzhaus" is located in Donaueschingen and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway.
The 48 m² property consists of a living room with a 140 cm sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV with a DVD player, a fan, heating as well as a washing machine.
A baby cot is also available.
The holiday apartment offers a private outdoor space with an open terrace and a barbecue.
The property boasts an excellent location close to cross-country skiing trails, a public swimming pool, a tennis court and public transport links.
Furthermore, the accommodation is situated a 10-minute drive from the city centre, the source of the Danube, Fürstenberg Castle, museums, a mini-golf course and a public indoor swimming pool, while Lake Riedsee and the Wutach Gorge can be reached in 25 minutes.
In addition, Freiburg and Lake Constance are 45 minutes away.
A parking space is available on the property.
Families with children are welcome.
One pet is allowed for a fee.
Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.
The accommodation is located on the lower floor of the house and has a barrier-free interior (the entrance is also equipped with a ramp).

Der Aufenthalt war exzellent ,wir wurden persönlich empfangen,wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt inklusive unserem Hotel Hundes,die Umgebung ist sehr schön .Man ist schnell in Donaueschingen die Quelle erkunden sowie die Stadt,man ist ca. 1 Stunde am Rheinfall die Rheinfall,die Insel Mainau ist auch ein Besuch Wert. Gerne wieder bis zum nächsten Mal
