Welcome to Casa do Avô António, a rural retreat where you can enjoy the peace of the countryside without giving up the convenience of being close to the beaches and the city of Lagos.
Located in Bensafrim, just 7 km from Lagos, this traditional 80 m² house is perfect for families, couples, or small groups seeking privacy, comfort, and a connection with nature. Wake up to birdsong, have breakfast on the terrace surrounded by nature, and end your day with a sunset barbecue, taking in the calm of the Algarve countryside. The house accommodates up to 4 guests and features two bedrooms, one bathroom, a cozy living room, and a fully equipped kitchen.
Free Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, high chair, and baby cot are provided, making it an excellent choice for families with children. Outside, you'll find a large private garden, covered and open terraces, a barbecue, and an outdoor dining area—ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach.
On hot days, you can cool off in the outdoor shower.
The property also has a traditional irrigation tank, used for agricultural purposes due to water scarcity in the region—this is not a swimming pool and should not be used for bathing or hygiene.
Pets are welcome, so the whole family can enjoy the holiday together. Within minutes, you can explore Lagos’ beaches, Ponta da Piedade, Meia Praia, Praia Dona Ana, and the historic center, full of restaurants, shops, and entertainment.
