In Manilva, the holiday apartment Las Gaviotas is conveniently located close to the beach.
The 45 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include a TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a fan as well as a washing machine. This vacation rental includes a private outdoor terrace and a barbecue. The accommodation boasts a fantastic location just 50 meters from the beach and 100 meters from Puerto de la Duquesa.
It's only a 10-minute drive to Sotogrande and 30 minutes to Marbella, making day trips and coastal exploration easy and enjoyable.
A golf course is just 5 minutes away by car, while essential amenities such as a supermarket and pharmacy are within a 5-minute walk.
