The holiday home is located a 2,5 km to the centre of Madonna di Campiglio, in Patascoss, and boasts direct access to the ski slopes. The "3-Tre" World Cup slope can be reached on skis, even in its easy variant.
The 35 m2 property consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette and 1 single sofa bed, 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom. It can therefore accommodate 3 persons, preferably 2 adults and 1 child because the sofa bed is more suitable for a child. A baby cot is also available. In addition, a private garden and a parking space in the garage belong to the property. Additional facilities include a TV, washing machine and dishwasher, board games and children's books. The hob is induction and the oven is electric, there is also a kettle, toaster, immersion blender and electric beater, as well as a mocha coffee maker.
There is no wifi available, but there is the network of the main mobile phone operators. The property has a step-free access and interior. The house is carpeted, so shoes must be removed before entering.
