The holiday home is located 2.5 km from the center of Madonna di Campiglio, in Patascoss, and offers direct access to the ski slopes.
The World Cup slope "3-Tre" can be reached on skis, including its easy variant. When you book through the platform, you will receive the Trentino Guest Card, which entitles you to discounts on various activities, such as free public transport, museums, castles, and discounted access to the DoloMeet Guest Card for cable car savings and more. The 35 m² property features a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette and a single sofa bed, a double bedroom, and a bathroom.
It accommodates up to 3 guests, preferably 2 adults and 1 child, as the sofa bed is best suited for a child.
A crib is also available. There is a private garden and a garage parking space.
Additional amenities include TV, washing machine, dishwasher, board games, and children's books.
The kitchen has an induction cooktop and electric oven, plus a kettle, toaster, hand blender, electric mixer, and moka pot. Wi-Fi is not available, but major mobile networks have coverage.
The property has step-free access and interiors.
The house is carpeted, so please remove your shoes before entering. Pets are not allowed.

La casa si trova in una posizione che la rende magica e allo stesso tempo ideale per rilassarsi. Inoltre i proprietari sono estremamente cordiali e disponibili. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti.
