The holiday home is located a 2,5 km to the centre of Madonna di Campiglio, in Patascoss, and boasts direct access to the ski slopes.
The "3-Tre" World Cup slope can be reached on skis, even in its easy variant. The 35 m2 property consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette and 1 single sofa bed, 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom.
It can therefore accommodate 3 persons, preferably 2 adults and 1 child because the sofa bed is more suitable for a child.
A baby cot is also available.
In addition, a private garden and a parking space in the garage belong to the property. Additional facilities include a TV, washing machine and dishwasher, board games and children's books.
The hob is induction and the oven is electric, there is also a kettle, toaster, immersion blender and electric beater, as well as a mocha coffee maker. There is no wifi available, but there is the network of the main mobile phone operators.
The property has a step-free access and interior.
The house is carpeted, so shoes must be removed before entering. Pets are not allowed, smoking and parties are not permitted. This property has guidelines to help guests sort waste correctly.
