The enclosed 970 m² garden ensures peace and security. Highlights include a heated pool (from May 1 to October 15), secure fenced garden, semi-covered terrace with awning, barbecue, and a large outdoor table for 8, garden lounge, and sun loungers.
The beach is just 2 minutes away on foot. Perfect for families with children, holidays with friends, remote work by the sea thanks to fiber optic internet, or sporty stays (GR34, cycling, sailing). Amenities: fiber optic internet, TV, washing machine and dryer, baby bed and high chair, paddleboard, board games, and 3 free private parking spaces. Please note: pets are not allowed, the house is non-smoking, and parties are not permitted. Towels (1 per person), bath mats, and dish towels are provided.
