We are very pleased to welcome you to our cozy 2-room apartment / 42m2. A place of peace and relaxation awaits you here, ideally located between nature and the vibrant city center. Enjoy the comfort of a fully equipped, integrated kitchen in the living room (sofa bed), a cozy bedroom for restful nights and a spacious bathroom for your comfort.
The apartment has its own separate entrance with contactless check-in and free parking nearby. (parking lot meadow - Aufbauweg) The inner courtyard of the apartment is for private use.
In addition, you will find shopping facilities for your daily needs in the immediate vicinity, whether supermarket or bakery, everything is within easy reach. So you can enjoy your stay without stress and worries. Whether a walk in the countryside or a trip to the cultural highlights of Erfurt - you have the perfect starting point for
everything this beautiful city and its surroundings have to offer.
