The 2-storey property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 7 people.
Additional amenities include a fan and a TV.
A baby cot is also available upon request. Your private outdoor area includes an open terrace, a covered terrace and a barbecue. The property is located 1.4 km from the nearest beach and a 5-minute drive from the city centre where you will find all essential services including supermarkets, bars, pubs and restaurants. 3 parking spaces are available on the property. It is highly recommended to travel by car as the property is located on a hill. Families with children are welcome. Pets are allowed. Wi-Fi and air conditioning are not available. The host can arrange an airport shuttle service upon request and for a supplement. It is possible to organise tours and excursions with the homeowner. A shuttle service to/from Catania and Palermo airports can be provided by the host upon request and at an additional cost. This property has recycling rules, more information is provided on-site.

Objekt liegt in einer malerische Landschaft.
Wunderschöne Ausblicke einmal in Richtung Meer und nach Licata und Umgebung.
Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt.
Es ist gepflegt und sehr ordentlich.
Das Grundstück lädt zum spazieren ein um die Seele baumeln zu lassen.
Angelo und Fiorella sind 2 fantastische Gastgeber die immer mit Rat und Tat bereitstehen.
