Welcome to Apartamento Da Alegria, a modern and cozy space in a quiet residential area of Caldas da Rainha, perfect for families, couples, or groups of up to 6 guests.
With 80 m², you will find a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a private terrace, and a balcony.
For your comfort, the apartment offers high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, air conditioning in every room, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine (capsules not included). Please note: The apartment is on the top floor and is accessed by 3 flights of stairs.
There is no elevator. Within minutes, you can reach Caldas da Rainha’s main attractions, such as the iconic Praça da Fruta, the historic Queen D. Leonor Thermal Hospital, D. Carlos I Park, the Bordaliana Route, Bordallo Pinheiro Factory, José Malhoa Museum, Ceramics Museum, as well as excellent restaurants, bakeries, local shops, and markets. The location is perfect for visiting Óbidos, Salir do Porto, Foz do Arelho, São Martinho do Porto, Lagoa de Óbidos, Buddha Eden, Nazaré, Peniche and Baleal, and Fátima. Free street parking and public transport are available nearby. Pets, smoking indoors, and parties or events are not allowed.

Appartement spacieux et calme avec lits confortables . Possibilité de se garer gratuitement dans la rue . Possibilité de faire sécher le linge sur la terrasse.
L’appartement fait plus moderne sur les photos qu’en vrai . Il faudrait un peu plus de vaisselle car il y a très peu de verres , d’assiettes et de couverts .
