The ‘Ankerplatz’ apartment in Radolfzell (city center) is perfect for a relaxing stay with family or friends.
With 98 m², the apartment features a living room, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a guest WC, comfortably accommodating up to four people.
Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a dedicated workspace for your home office, and a TV. The beds are fitted with new, high-quality, medical pocket spring mattresses (firmness H2), ensuring optimal sleeping comfort even for guests with back issues.
A baby cot and three high chairs are available on request, and sockets have child safety covers.
Please note: there are three steps inside the apartment. The covered south-facing balcony with awnings lets you enjoy the sun all day when the weather is nice.
The apartment is close to the beach, and a tennis court is about a 15-minute walk away.
The lakeshore is also nearby, and a SUP rental is just a 10-minute walk away.
The Lake Constance cycle path passes directly by the property, offering direct access.
Public transport is within walking distance (bus stop 75 meters away) and can be used free of charge with the guest card. A parking space is available on the property.
You can securely store and charge your (e-)bikes.
Pets, smoking, and events are not allowed.

Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Großer Balkon.
Sehr nette Gastgeber.
Einkaufszentrum mit Bäcker und
Bushaltestelle in der Nähe.
Es fehlen Haken z. B. in der Küche für Abtrockentücher.
Für die 3 Stufen vom Esszimmer hoch zu Küche, Toilette, Bad und 2. Schlafzimmer fänden wir einen Handlauf zum Festhalten ganz praktisch.

Diese Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen: die Wohnung ist geräumig, hell und freundlich eingerichtet und entspricht genau dem Bild im Internet. Von hier aus sind die Innenstadt wie auch der See schnell erreichbar. Die Gastgeber sind supernett. So war es Urlaub vom ersten Augenblick an.

Für vier Personen war die Wohnung ausgesprochen geräumig, fußläufig waren sowohl der See, die Innenstadt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der Bahnhof schnell zu erreichen
im Badezimmer wäre ein Fenster nach draußen oder ein Abzug wünschenswert, damit künftigem Schimmelbefall entgegengewirkt wird.
Die Matratzen waren relativ hart
