The bathrooms are equipped with a level-access shower and grab rails on both sides of the WC.
The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher leads out onto the balcony.
Washing machines and dryers are available for shared use in the house. With the "Konus guest card" you can use public transport free of charge. Public transport links are located within walking distance. 5 parking spaces are available on the property. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste.
