The 150 m² property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests.
Additional amenities include air conditioning and a washing machine.
A baby cot is also available. The villa was completely renovated and furnished in 2022, with modern appliances and furniture throughout.
Breakfast is not included. This holiday home offers a private outdoor area with an open terrace.
Guests also have access to an outdoor space with a shower.
The property is beachfront and, during the summer season (June–September), provides a sun umbrella and two loungers.
The pool is shared and can be used only in the summer season.
A parking space is available. Small pets are allowed.
Please inform us at the time of booking if you are bringing a pet, so we can best prepare for your stay.
Smoking inside the house and parties are not permitted.
Wi-Fi is available.
The property follows guidelines to help guests separate waste correctly; further information is provided on site.

This place was beautiful and me and my family can’t wait to hopefully come back soon! Was a beach paradise with an amazing view in a peaceful neighborhood. Parking was a little rough but you could always pull the car up to the place to pick up members that can walk as far or drop off luggage. Plenty...
