Situated in Kötschach-Mauthen, the holiday apartment "Penthouse Im Bauernhaus" occupies the building of a historic Carinthian farmhouse from 1850, with the attic and the former mill converted into a chalet-style penthouse in 2019, and offers unobstructed mountain views.
This cozy and sunlit 2-storey property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate 5 people.
On-site amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, a washing machine, a dryer, and a dishwasher.
A baby cot can also be provided.
This apartment offers a spacious and furnished private outdoor area with an open terrace, a covered terrace, and a balcony.
