There may be occasional construction noise, typically on weekdays from about 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. The noise level is generally moderate.

A steep stone staircase leads down from the street to the house.
The location is quiet, yet you can reach the idyllic town center in just a few minutes. Inside, you will find two cozy bedrooms for four guests.
Two additional sleeping places are available on a double sofa bed in the living room, where a wood-burning stove invites you to enjoy relaxing evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, induction hob, and oven with microwave function.
Basic spices and all essential utensils are provided, so you are well prepared for self-catering. The bathroom is small but practical and has a shower.
There is also a separate WC. A highlight is the spacious terrace, furnished with two sun loungers and garden furniture, perfect for enjoying sunny hours outdoors. Please bring your own bed linen (covers and sheets) and towels. Note: With six guests, the house can feel quite compact. The area offers many leisure activities: hiking trails, climbing routes in the Karwendel, cross-country ski trails, an ice rink, a toboggan run, horse-drawn sleigh rides, and various ski resorts.

Das Häuschen ist exakt wie beschrieben! Klein und einzigartig. Es bietet alles, was man braucht und liegt quasi mitten im Wandergebiet. In ein paar Minuten ist man zu Fuß in Mittenwald und ebenso im Wandergebiet. Auch zur Karwendelbahn Talstation kann man laufen. Die Morgensonne auf der Terrasse ist...

L'emplacement du logement est idéal avec le centre du village à quelques minutes et le départ de nombreuses randonnées. Le cadre est magnifique, et la région splendide. Le logement est fonctionnel avec tous les ustensiles nécessaires. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Wir waren eine Woche zum Wandern und Skifahren in dem kleinen schmucken Häuschen über Mittenwald und waren hoch zufrieden mit unserem Auffenthalt. Die Gastgeberin hat uns sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend betreut.
