In Alacant, the holiday home Bungalow 213 boasts an excellent location close to the beach.
The 90 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, air conditioning, a fan as well as a washing machine. This property offers a private outdoor area with an open terrace.
Additionally, there is a shared outdoor space with a pool (open from May to September) and garden for guests to enjoy. The property is located close to the beach and there is a tennis court within a 15-minute walk. Free parking is available on the street. One pet is allowed. Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.

Ha sido un puente increíble, la casa era ideal, el entorno también, con acceso a dos piscinas. Fiel a las imágenes. Las camas eran cómodas y hemos tenido todo lo que hemos necesitado. Nos encontramos la casa muy limpia. Además el contacto con el anfitrión era muy fácil y atenta en todo. Lo recomendaría al 100%.

Patricia was a lovely host. The house was very clean and had everything we needed- except pool towels. The pool was so close, never busy and had a lifeguard.
