We welcome you to Herm, a small Landes village nestled between forest and ocean, for a comfortable stay with your family, friends, or family.
From here, the beaches are just 30 minutes away, Dax is 15 minutes away, and the Basque Country and Spain are also easily accessible. La Petite Villa Paul is a beautiful half-timbered house.
You'll be captivated by its typical architecture, its nearly 200-year history, its private heated swimming pool (8m x 4m, secured by an alarm, open from June to September), its covered terrace that extends the interior living space, its spaciousness, and its level of comfort.
The 650m² private enclosed garden ensures tranquility and security for all. This detached, air-conditioned house comprises: on the ground floor, a large living room with a lounge (TV, Wi-Fi), dining room, and open kitchen (induction hob, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, electric oven, microwave, washing machine), a bathroom, and two separate toilets.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms (three 140x190 cm beds), including two with en-suite bathrooms. For your comfort, bed linens, towels, and household linens are included, as are water, electricity, and heating charges, and end-of-stay cleaning. Parking is available on the street or in the parking lot of the on-site multi-purpose hall. This cottage is flexible; when renting the Petite Villa Paul, you only have access to the rooms listed above (some rooms are locked). Find this cottage for rental for 7 to 12 people maximum under reference 20998, from July 1st to September 1st.

Nous avons passé un super week-end en famille,nous avons apprécié la tranquillité du lieu, la bien vaillance de Patrice ainsi que la chaleureuse maison avec tous ses conforts.Nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir profiter de la piscine. C'est une adresse à recommander. Les photos correspondent bien à la réalité.
