The villa Mar in Playa Blanca is the perfect accommodation for an stress-free holiday with your loved ones.
The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine.
On top of that, a table tennis table and a pool table are also provided for your enjoyment.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
The property has an exterior staircase that connects the main floor with the lower floor.
This villa offers a private outdoor area with a pool (that can be heated for an extra fee), garden, terrace, balcony, and barbecue.
Guests also have access to a shared outdoor area with a covered terrace.
Additionally, the villa features a private heated indoor pool.
The property is located close to the beach. 2 parking spaces are available on the property and free parking is available on the street.
A maximum of 2 pets are allowed.
It is strictly prohibited to throw a party and/or bachelor/ette parties on the property.
In case a party is detected, the rental contract will be terminated for violating the house rules.

Check-in was fine although agent didn't speak any English. Die Bilder sind das Beste!!!Die Kommunikation über das Fewo-Portal war nicht vorhanden. Vor Ort erreicht man auch niemanden unter der angegebenen Telefonnummer, erst im Nachbar Haus haben wir über Holländer eine andere Telefonnummer bekommen. Der Herr war freundlich konnte aber kaum Englisch. Das Ha...
