- Parking is NOT included in the price but may be available at $25/night, please inform if you need parking not less than 24 hours prior arrival. There is the paid public parking across the street $30 per 24 hours.

All guests are required to leave a refundable deposit of $200 ($500 If you bring pets with you)
If at any case smoking inside occurs, there is damage to the unit or other house rules are violated, this deposit will not be refunded.
