Renovated two-level apartment on the third floor (no lift), with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
It can accommodate up to 5 people. Spaces are comfortable and functional: living room with kitchenette and sofa, three bedrooms (one with a large single bed 120x190 cm, one with a double bed 150x190 cm and one with a standard double bed), two bathrooms both with shower.
The apartment is equipped with: TV with Italian channels, independent heating, air conditioning (living area + one bedroom), fridge with freezer, microwave oven, washing machine, iron and ironing board. We are in Imperia, just 150 metres from the beaches, and everything is within walking distance: grocery shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and venues.
Public parking is close by.
And in less than 5 minutes on foot you reach the famous seaside cycle path of the Riviera dei Fiori, leading all the way to Sanremo and Ospedaletti. A perfect base for families, for those who love to move freely, and for those who want to enjoy Liguria without using the car every day.

The Riviera dei Fiori is the western part of the Riviera di Ponente.
It is such a beautiful stretch of coast that the famous Italian poet Eugenio Montale sang its praises in his poems.
This marvelous territory develops entirely in the province of Imperia and lies between the state border between France and Italy, in Ventimiglia, and Capo Mimosa in the municipality of Cervo.
The Riviera dei Fiori offers unique views and panoramas: the sea, nature and the many medieval villages with which both the coast and the hinterland are dotted, make this stretch of Riviera an ideal destination for holidays, all year long.
From the medieval villages perched on the hinterland hills, you descend to the sea, where the panorama becomes more typically Mediterranean, through olive groves and Rossese vineyards.
Here on the coast the main tourist resorts of the Riviera dei fiori are:
Cervo: small village overlooking the Dianese Gulf. A real historical-architectural jewel perched on a strategic spur, just above the sea;
Diano Marina: a town of elegant hotels, buildings with Liberty decorations hidden among the trees of the avenues and beautiful villas illuminated by the sun on the green slopes of Capo Berta;
Imperia: capital of the province and made up of two centers, Oneglia and Porto Maurizio;
Arma di Taggia: a tourist town with pleasant sandy beaches;
Sanremo: city of the Italian Song Festival and city of flowers;
Bordighera: The city of palm trees, with its wonderful historic center, its elegant architecture and its crystal clear sea;
Ventimiglia: the border town, full of history and hidden wonders.
The cycle path of the Riviera: "They" say it is the most beautiful cycle path in Europe: maybe a ranking doesn’t exist, but this great recovery work has something extraordinary. It took years of work to see it inaugurate, the Giro d’Italia and Milan-Sanremo to celebrate it, but now the cycle path between San Lorenzo al Mare and Ospedaletti is a reality.
For at least eight, nine months of the year, cyclists, runners and pedestrians walk it.
Today, the whole area around the town has been enhanced and is part of the Riviera dei Fiori coastal park. If once on the train that passed here noble Italian, Russian and English owners were traveling, today tourists from all over the world pedal or walk on the track.
