The holiday apartment "Spanier" is located in Pouch, Muldestausee, and overlooks the nearby lake.
The 100 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped modern kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and an additional toilet, and can accommodate 4 people.
On-site amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, a washing machine, a dryer, and a dishwasher. Additionally, this apartment offers a private outdoor space with a cozily furnished covered terrace and a barbecue. The property is located just 50 m from the beach which can be reached via a bike path, and public transport links are within walking distance.
There is a supermarket above the residential area, and the starting point of the Goitzsche bicycle tour is 20 m from the building.
The distance to Agora Experience Resort is approx. 1.5 km.
Moreover, there is a skate park in the area. Please note that due to the ongoing expansion of the idyllic area in which the holiday flat is located, there may still be construction work in the neighbourhood between 8 am and 4 pm. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und haben uns ein Babybett und Kinderstühlchen zur Verfügung gestellt.
Besonders schön war der Blick zum Wasser. und der kurze Weg zum Strand.

Die Wohnung hat eine schöne Terrasse, ein ruhiges Wohngebiet, der schöne Badestrand ist nicht weit, ebenso die Einkaufsmöglichkeit. Wir sind mit Rädern angereist, der Radweg liegt vor der Tür und es sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut über Radwege erreichbar. Es war rundum ein schöner Urlaub und die Wohnung ließ keine Wünsche offen.
Nichts zu bemängeln.
