Villa Madeleine is a completely independent wing of a large building. It comprises a living-dining room, a large fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with 160x200 beds, and a bathroom with walk-in shower.

Toilets separate from the bathroom.

A large terrace with bay windows is accessible from the living room and dining room.

Small covered outdoor terrace. Nearby, accessible via a path (approx. 50m), a magnificent wooded and flower-filled area with heated mosaic swimming pool surrounded by a large pool deck with solar shower, sun loungers, swing, stone table and benches, arbour with sliding curtain, games. An pretty fish pond adorns the area, open from May 1 to September 30. The gîte is located in the countryside, with all its inherent noise, and is ideally situated between the sea and the mountains. The outdoor area, reserved exclusively for the gîte, is fully enclosed and gated.

Parking inside the property for 2 to 3 vehicles. Table tennis available. Charcoal barbecue. Pets welcome. Public transport is within walking distance, and a tennis court is a 15-minute walk away. The property has a step-free interior and guidelines to help guests sort waste correctly. Electricity is partly generated by photovoltaic panels. Good insulation and air conditioning. Local produce and Provencal market: olive oil, olives, goat's cheese, socca (a chickpea cake) as an aperitif.
