The villa "Playa" is situated in Pollensa and creates an unforgettable setting for your stay with a mountain view.
This sophisticated and inviting 210 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and an additional toilet, and can accommodate 10 people.
Among the on-site amenities are high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, air conditioning, a washing machine, a dryer, a dishwasher, and a selection of children's books and toys.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available. This villa offers a stylishly furnished private outdoor space with a pool, a garden, open and covered terraces, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower.
A protective swimming pool fence for children can be provided upon request. The property is located close to the beach, and public transport links are within walking distance. 3 parking spaces are available on the property. Families with children are welcome. A maximum of 2 small pets are allowed. Smoking inside the building and celebrating events are not allowed.
