Philippe, the owner and long-time resident of Noirmoutier, will be happy to accompany you fishing and guide you, lending you equipment if you need it (within the limits of what he has available, it's best to bring your own). Accommodation A 113m² apartment on the 1st floor comprising a living room, a fully fitted and equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and a shower room, A ground-floor apartment comprising a living room, a fully fitted and equipped kitchenette, 3 bedrooms and a shower room. Both apartments have a private garden area, balcony or terrace. Traveler access Street parking, private and quiet subdivision. Other comments IMPORTANT: The bedding is protected by a draw sheet, we ask each traveler to install his bedding in the following way, put : -disposable undersheet (available in the apartment) -fitted sheet -comforter cover -disposable pillow case (available in the apartment) + pillow cover Travelers are responsible for bringing their own bedding. Bedding rental available: -double bed kit: 12.00/stay -single bed kit: 6.00/stay Each kit contains all the necessary bedding (fitted sheet, comforter cover and pillowcase(s)). Any damage to the bedding will be charged to the tenant.
On departure, the accommodation must be tidied up, swept or vacuumed with the vacuum cleaner provided and, above all, mopped. Nous avons passé un très bon moment en famille.9 adultes et 7 enfants. Parfaitement adapté pour tous se retrouver. Le propriétaire a été très accueillant et nous a été facilitant pour notre séjour. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.
