Life is too short—take time for the sea. Welcome to our beautiful "Meerchenhaus" on the North Sea island of Sylt, the perfect retreat for unforgettable holidays.
The house impresses with its excellent location and offers comfort across approximately 71 sqm of living space.
On the ground floor, you'll find the living room, kitchen, and bathroom.
A southwest-facing terrace with a beach chair and a lawned garden adjoin the house.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and another small bathroom with WC and washbasin. The property is close to the beach, public transport is within walking distance, and a tennis court is about a 15-minute walk away.
Parking is available on the premises.
One pet is allowed.
Smoking and parties are not permitted.
There is also a storage room for motorcycles and bicycles. After booking, you will receive a contact form from the booking portal.

Wir haben uns in dem Haus pudelwohl gefühlt. alles war perfekt. Die Lage ist unschlagbar,
da die meisten Orte auf der Insel und der Strand fußläufig/ Fahrrad zu erreichen sind.
Gegenüber des Hauses ist ein kleines Waldstück, ideal für Familien mit Hunden. Würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Wir haben hier im August 14 Tage mit unseren zwei Kindern und unserem Hund verbracht. Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sie war sehr sauber und es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Der kleine Garten mit dem Strandkorb hat uns ebenfalls gut gefallen und der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war seh...

Das kleine Reihenhaus ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet und war für 2 Personen mit relativ großem Hund nahezu perfekt.
Wegen des leider schlechten Wetters konnten wir die Terrasse und den kleinen Garten nicht nutzen, Wenningstedt ist jetzt nicht so einladend.
