With a view of the Atlantic, the newly-renovated holiday apartment "Atlántico" in Los Realejos is perfect for a relaxing holiday.
The 59 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV as well as a washing machine. This vacation rental features a private covered terrace that offers spectacular sea views. Los Roques Beach is just 2,3 km away, Loro Park can be reached within 2,5 km, and Lake Martiánez is 5,1 km away. The area also features a shopping area with a minimarket and restaurants, hiking trails, and access to the nearby beach.
Less than 2 km away, you will find public transportation, laundry services, shops, banks, a bakery, restaurants and a gym. Free parking is available on the street. Pets, smoking, and celebrating events are not allowed. Guests are kindly required to remove their trash prior to exiting the property. Air conditioning is not available. There are security cameras in the living room and corridor, however, they are covered and the alarm is not activated when the property is occupied.
