The approximately 64m² south-facing apartment comprises an entrance hall with storage, a living room with a large dining table, a 160x200cm sofa bed, a sofa, two armchairs, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV; a separate kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, large American-style fridge-freezer, microwave, conventional oven, and induction hob, opening onto a small balcony; a bedroom with a 160x200cm double bed, TV, ample storage, a balcony, and direct access to the bathroom, which includes a toilet, washing machine, dryer, and walk-in shower; and a separate toilet.

The directions to get into the apartment could have been a little clearer.

Le boulevard situé en front de mer est bruyant, on s'en doutait un peu. Mais on peut regretter que les baies vitrées n'aient pas été modernisées depuis sans doute la construction de l'immeuble.
