The approximately 64m² south-facing apartment comprises an entrance hall with storage, a living room with a large dining table, a 160x200cm sofa bed, a sofa, two armchairs, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV; a separate kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, large American-style fridge-freezer, microwave, conventional oven, and induction hob, opening onto a small balcony; a bedroom with a 160x200cm double bed, TV, ample storage, a balcony, and direct access to the bathroom, which includes a toilet, washing machine, dryer, and walk-in shower; and a separate toilet.
Free Wi-Fi, bed linens, and towels are provided.
