Dear guests, we welcome you very warmly in our old fishing house Lüder in Zecherin, at the Baltic Sea.
But old is only a nostalgic term.
Who knows our fishermen's apartments 1 and 2, knows - we work with love to the detail.
In loving manual work we, the family Lüder together with friends, have renovated the entire property, which is already for 4 generations in our possession, and thereby the original construction, the first time in 1936 in Swinemünde registered house, preserved.
Now you can expect your own vacation home with bright and friendly rooms.
The fisherman's house Zecherin offers space for 10 people to sit, chat and relax.
For an extra charge per night an extra bed (sofa bed) for another 2 persons is possible.
Not included in the rental price is a small room on the premises, where you have the opportunity to park bicycles and smoke.
Free of charge we put at your disposal: W-Lan, parking space directly in front of the house, barbecue, freezer as well as children's equipment.
If desired, you can pay us, contactless by bank transfer before arrival.
Small dogs are allowed by prior arrangement and for an extra fee.
We provide bed linen and towels for a fee.
There is a rental fee for bed linen and towels.
If you have any questions, we are at your disposal, on site 150 meters away or by phone.
The handing over of the keys takes place by arrangement.

Das Haus ist sauber und entsprechend der Ausschreibung ausgestattet.
Nachbarn sind Lärmsensibel, normale Gespräche auf der Straße stören sie.
Um nur eine Woche Usedom zu erkunden Unterkunft ausreichend.

Küchenausstattung alles da.👍🏼Schlafzimmergrößen top. Kinderzimmer mit Doppelstockbetten top. Parken für 2 PKW gut.
Bei dem kleinen Bad ist die Toilette nur für Kleinkinder geeignet. Wenn du als Erwachsener Pech hast brauchst du Hilfe beim aufstehen. Man klemmt zwischen Türrahmen und Toilette ein. Das ist nicht auf den Bildern zu erkennen.👎🏻
Sauberkeit der Duschwände lässt auch zu wünschen übrig und man muss nach ...
