Die Wohnung ist neu ausgestattet und ansprechend eingerichtet. Durch den günstigen Schnitt hat man zwei Schlafzimmer.
Gute Öffi-Anbindung (Bushaltestelle vor der Tür). Bio-Markt in Laufweite.

Nette kleine Wohnung sauber und Ordentlich. Das Haus und Treppenhaus sind allerdings kein guter 1. Eindruck. Die Küchenaustattung ist ok, besonders gut ist allerdings die Waschmaschine. Ankunftsdatum - 28. Dezember 2023
