Located in Homberg (Efze) in Rotkäppchenland, the "Efzeglück" holiday flat offers everything you need for a cosy holiday.
The 50 m² accommodation consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom and can accommodate 3 adults or 2 adults with 2 children.
On-site amenities include Wi-Fi, a dishwasher and a TV.
A baby cot and high chair are also available. This property offers access to a shared outdoor space with a pool (open from May to September depending on the weather), a garden, a covered terrace, and a barbecue. The apartment is set within the immediate vicinity of various shopping facilities.
A bakery is right across the street, and public transport links are within walking distance of the property.
It takes between 5 and 10 walking minutes to reach restaurants.
The documenta city of Kassel (approx. 40 KM) and 2 Unesco World Heritage Sites (Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe & Kellerwald-Edersee) are also nearby. A parking space is available on the property. Families with children are welcome. 1 pet is allowed (for a fee).
Owners are requested to keep their pet off the beds and sofas at all times. Guests should be aware that there is a dog on the property. Smoking and celebrating events are not permitted. Tolle Wohnung. Es war alles da was man brauchte.
Kurze Wege zum Einkehren und Einkaufen.
Alles super sauber. Auch der Pool ist klasse. Tolle Gastgeber.
Die Hündin Paula hat mein Herz im Sturm erobert. Sie freundete sich auch mit meinem Hund an. Diese Urlaubstage war sehr schön. Wir fahren im nächsten Jahr wieder gerne hin.
Empfehle ich auf jeden Fall weiter
