The holiday apartment "Haus Felix" is located in Neubulach and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway.
The 75 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services and a DVD player, a fan, heating as well as children's books and toys.
Furthermore, a washing machine and a dryer can be used upon request.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available. The holiday apartment offers a private balcony. Public transport links are located within walking distance. Close to the property (200m) there is a Miniature golf course, spa gardens and children's playground. Neubulach is a hiking area known for its mountain biking route and the visitor mine. A parking space is available on the property, additional free parking can be found on the street. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste, more information is provided on site. This property has light and water-saving features. The electricity at this property is partly generated by photovoltaic panels. A shuttle service to the airport (for an extra fee) and train station is available.
