Located in Monteverdi Marittimo, this holiday home offers a pleasant environment for your stay surrounded by nature.
The property, spread over two floors, consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, and three bathrooms (one of which is en suite), accommodating up to nine people.
Sleeping arrangements include one bedroom with two single beds, three bedrooms with a double bed, and one bedroom with a small double bed (140 cm). For specific comfort preferences, please contact the host via the booking platform before your arrival.
Available amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, dishwasher, and washing machine.
There is also a ping pong table available in the basement. You have a private outdoor area with a pool (open from May to October), a large and picturesque garden with numerous olive trees, a covered terrace, and a barbecue.
Two parking spaces are available on the property, and free street parking is also available.
Families with children are welcome, and up to two pets are allowed.
Smoking inside the house and organizing events are not permitted. Air conditioning is provided by portable units, available on request to reduce energy consumption.
A mountain bike is available, and you can rent e-bikes in the village of Monteverdi Marittimo.
The property follows guidelines for proper waste separation, with information available on site.
Lighting is energy-saving, electricity is largely produced by photovoltaic panels, and hot water is generated by a heat pump.
Sustainable materials have been used for insulation, and all interiors are finished with breathable lime-painted walls, without the use of chemical paints.

tolle Terrasse, gute Ausstattung der Küche, schöne ruhige Lage mit großem Grundstück.
Alle Fenster mit Fliegengitter, schönes Willkommensgeschenk des Gastgebers,
schneller guter Check in
Die meisten Betten sind Klappbetten, es gibt ab und an ein kleines Elektroproblem,
Nicht alle Elektrogeräte konnten genutzt werden ( Backofen oder Induktionsfeld / nicht zusammen )
Waschmaschine defekt ( dafür gab es ein Geschenk des Gastgebers )
Keller ( mit Tischtennisplatte ) müsste mal gereinigt werden.

Super freundlicher Gastgeber, geräumiges Haus mit großer Terrasse, vollständig ausgestattet. Eine Küche mit reichhaltig Besteck, Teller, Gläser und alles was in einer Küche benötigt wird.
Großer sehr sauberer Pool.
