The holiday home Natura e Relax, located in Cosio Valtellino at 700 metres altitude, overlooks the nearby mountain.
The 80 m² property consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and a bathroom, and can therefore accommodate up to eight people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, TV and a washing machine. The holiday home offers a private garden and a barbecue, as well as a private covered terrace for guests.
The property is about 20 minutes from Lake Como and there are several nature trails nearby, ideal for walks surrounded by beautiful landscapes.
Six parking spaces are available on the property and there is free street parking. One pet is allowed.
Smoking and parties or events are not permitted.
The property follows guidelines for proper waste separation, with further information available on site.
