The vacation home "Ocean Park 311" is located in Costa Adeje just a short walk from the beach. The 50 m² property consists of a living room with 2 sofa beds for one person each, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine. A baby cot and a high chair are also available for a fee.
The property offers a private outdoor area with an open terrace and a balcony. Guests also have access to a shared outdoor space with a fenced pool and an outdoor shower.
