The holiday home "House of Roses" in Como is the perfect accommodation for a stress-free holiday with your loved ones.
The 110 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 5 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV as well as a washing machine.
A baby cot is also available for a fee. The holiday home features 2 private covered terraces and 2 balconies. The property is located just a short walk from the historic centre, the Cathedral, the Sociale Theatre, the harbour, bars and restaurants.
Furthermore, the accommodation is situated 600 m from the cable car to Brunate and 7 km from Switzerland. A parking space on the property is available for a fee; free parking can be found on the street. Families with children are welcome. A maximum of 5 pets are allowed for a fee. Air conditioning is not available, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Please avoid unnecessary noise and be considerate of the neighbours. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste, more information is provided on site.

Thomas was very responsive and helpful. He gave us great recommendations for restaurants The neighborhood was close to restaurants, shops and lake.The only issues were the shower and the indoor parking was tight unless you have a very small car.

We enjoyed our stay, Thomas was a great host. Needed to do some laundry but the washer was down so that was the only negative. Place is nice and location is great.

Great location near the center of Como and the Lake. Near restaurants and the things Como has to offer. Great home base for exploring the region.
