Cocoonr Agency offers you, located on the ground floor of a former bicycle factory, entirely renovated in a workshop style, Le Colette.
It is in the heart of Bordeaux, opposite the Grosse Cloche, between the St Pierre and St Michel districts, shops and restaurants.
This studio offers outdoor space and all the comforts you need for an exceptional stay in Bordeaux.
Le Colette is fully furnished and equipped, so all you have to do is set down your suitcases.
Just a stone's throw from all shops and transport links, this apartment offers you the following amenities: - Fully equipped kitchen (microwave, kettle, coffee machine, hob, fridge) - Queen-size bed (160x200) - Bathroom with walk-in shower, WC and hairdryer.
Additional amenities: air conditioning, iron and ironing board, Netflix and bicycle garage.
The Porte de Bourgogne is located at the end of the former Salinières moat, now the Cours Victor-Hugo (formerly Rue des Fossés), on the site of the former medieval Porte des Salinières.
It marks the city's official entrance on the ancient road leading to Paris.
Tourny wanted it to accompany the Place Royale (now Place de la Bourse), and consecrated it to Prince Monseigneur le Duc de Bourgogne on January 24, 1757.
For a time, it was also known as the Porte Napoléon to celebrate the Emperor's arrival in Bordeaux in 1808.
Located in a popular, lively district in the heart of the city, 50 meters from the Saint Pierre district (Old Bordeaux), 200 meters from rue Sainte Catherine (Europe's longest shopping street), cultural sites and public and ecological transport (bicycles, scooters, scooters...).

The studio was small but clean, quiet and comfortable. The location was great near the Grande Cloche…cute street, Rue St. James, following underneath the Cloche…great little bar, Vintage Bar…we could really walk everywhere from here! I would stay here again. The management company, Cocoon, is amaz...

Overall the place is good if you’re looking for something simple for just sleeping. It seemed very clean and tidy with a good amount of livable amenities and in a great location but I do think it needs a few updates such as the rusty sink. My biggest docking was that personally had an issue with bug bites at night and I now have at least 7 bites on my leg.

Hôtes réactifs, logement propre et bien situé. Plus adapté pour un court séjour. Nous sommes restés trois semaines et des frais supplémentaires étaient demandés pour changer le linge, le ballon d'eau chaude est très petit pour deux personnes et il n'y a pas de rangement pour les vêtements notamment.
