The family-friendly villa "Masia Can Vilar" is located in Maçanet de la Selva and impresses guests with its view of the mountain.
The 2-storey property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as 3 additional toilets and can therefore accommodate 10 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, a fan, a washing machine, a dryer as well as children's books and toys.
In addition, there is also a pool table for children. This villa offers a private outdoor area with a pool, a garden that offers relaxing mountain views, a covered terrace, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower.
Additionally, guests have access to a shared outdoor terrace. This fully equipped Catalan farmhouse situated in the midst of wonderful natural landscapes is also conveniently close to the Costa Brava and to the city of Girona. 4 parking spaces are available on the property (and shared with the homeowner who lives next door) and free parking is available on the street. Pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed. Guests are kindly reminded to be mindful and respectful of their neighbours at all time. Air conditioning is not available. The property has step-free access. The property has motorbike and bicycle storage. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste.

Hemos estado 10 personas, de ellos, 5 niños. La casa tiene muchos espacios para disfrutar. La parte exterior, con el porche, la barbacoa, la piscina y la cama elástica ha sido lo que más nos ha gustado. Las habitaciones muy bien y cómodas. El dueño muy amable y simpático. Repetiremos.

La tranquillité des lieux tout en étant proche des grands axes. Maison avec des jeux pour les enfants et une piscine pour se rafraîchir ! Assez de place pour 10 personnes. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et à l'écoute.
Le seul bémol était un problème d'ouverture avec le lave linge et avec la hôte. Sinon tout était parfait.
