The highlight is the terrace: spacious and well-furnished with an 8-seat table, sofa, and two loungers, perfect for breakfasts, dinners, and relaxing moments with mountain views. The apartment is air-conditioned (bedroom and living room). Please note that the sofa in the living room is not a sofa bed and the accommodation does not have Wi-Fi. The terrace sliding door does not lock for safety reasons, as required by the fire department.
The terrace is on the third floor and cannot be accessed from outside. The apartment is not in the center of Viareggio.
It offers a large, newly renovated free parking area provided by the municipality, ideal for guests arriving by car. The seafront can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes or by bike.
Bike rentals are available nearby.

Gebäude wird auch gerade modernisiert.
Kommunikation top. Dank Übersetzung von WhatsApp. Wir haben auf deutsch gesprochen Besitzerin italienisch.

Dejlig lejlighed som svarede til beskrivelsen. Dog manglede vi konkret adresse. Beliggenheden er lidt langt fra alt andet end indkøb

Le foto corrispondono all’alloggio, bello lo spazio esterno e la libreria! Ci ha lasciato una bottiglia di acqua fresca in frigo e altri prodotti che abbiamo usato (dentifricio, shampoo, bagno doccia). Abbastanza silenzioso come appartamento.
Ha anticipato il check in e la signora delle pulizie ci ...
La porta del terrazzo non chiude e questo ci ha comportato qualche pensiero essendo due ragazze da sole. Eravamo comunque al terzo piano e abbiamo poi saputo che la vicina è una signora con una figlia.
Abbiamo avuto difficoltà a rientrare con i taxi la sera/di notte perché il servizio radio taxi è ...
