The 80 m² property consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, smart TV with streaming services, washing machine and dryer.
A baby cot is also available. This accommodation offers a private outdoor space with 2 covered terraces and 2 balconies.
Additionally, within a 15-minute walk you can access a shared outdoor area with garden, barbecue and tennis court.
Public transport connections are easily accessible on foot.
There is one parking space on the property and free street parking. One pet is allowed.
Smoking is not permitted on the property.
Air conditioning is not available.
Security cameras and/or audio recording devices are present on the premises.
A ski storage room and an electric vehicle charging station are available.
The property offers homemade products.
Water and electricity saving devices are in use and part of the electricity is generated by photovoltaic panels.

Alles! De ligging midden in de bergen, de prachtige architectuur van de chalet, de rust, de schoonheid en makkelijk contact met de eigenaar. Zelden in zo'n mooi verzorgde accomodatie verbleven die ook toegankelijk is voor honden!

Het mooie uitzicht.
Het onderste appartement is gehorig en donker. We konden ‘‘s avonds niet rustig zitten ivm het lawaai van boven.
