The holiday apartment "Close To The Beach, 5 Minutes Walk" is conveniently located close to the beach in San Luis de Sabinillas.
The 70 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate 4 people.
On-site amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, air conditioning, a fan, and a washing machine.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available. This apartment offers a private balcony.
Please, note that access to shared facilities: a fenced pool (open from 11 am to 8 pm from the 20th of June to the 14th of September 2025 ), a children's pool, and an outdoor shower is currently not available due to technical issues. The property is located close to the beach, and public transport links are within walking distance. Free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking, and celebrating events are not allowed. The property has step-free access and interior. An elevator is available in the building. Beach/pool towels are provided. Guests are asked to dispose of waste in dustbins located inside the urbanization, to turn off the air conditioning, and to close all windows and doors prior to going out. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
