Overlooking the mountain, the villa Ca's Moliner in Palma de Mallorca impresses guests with its fantastic views of the Tramontana Mountains.
The two-storey property consists of two living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, two dining rooms, 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms, so it can accommodate 8 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, several televisions, air conditioning, several fans, as well as a washing machine in laundry room.
In addition there is a ping-pong table at your disposal.
There is also a cot and a high chair.
This villa has a private outdoor area with a large swimming pool, a 700 m2 garden, a wooded area, two open terraces, two covered terraces, a balcony, two fireplaces, a barbecue, a playground and an outdoor shower. Beach/pool towels are provided. The property is located in a quiet area which is accessed by private road, within walking distance (500 m) to public transport (public buses, metro station and Soller railway station). Within 20 minutes walking distance there is a sports area with paddle and tennis courts, swimming pool and restaurant. The property is 6 km from the historic city centre of Palma de Mallorca and less than 60 minutes from the best beaches of the island.
Six km away you can enjoy 4 golf courses. There are four parking spaces available inside the property.
Pets are not allowed and smoking is not allowed in the property. The property has step-free access. Beach/pool towels are provided. The property offers homegrown handmade products, natural products from the vegetable garden, etc. This property has guidelines to help guests separate waste correctly.
