The 35 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) as well as a TV. Enjoy the shared outdoor area with an open terrace that offers relaxing mountain views and a barbecue for your use. The property is located 15 minutes from Puerto de La Cruz and Isla Baja, 5 minutes from Playa del Socorro and Playa San Marcos.
The area, near the deepest ravine of the Canary Islands, is ideal for hikers and nature lovers. Free parking is available on the street. Pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed. This property can be booked on its own or as a complete big house (Please check listing "Los Diablitos" for up to 16 people), which is a great way for families to spend time together while keeping their privacy. Air conditioning is not available. The property has step-free access and interior. This property has light and water-saving features. There are security cameras in the outdoor areas. A barbeque can be provided under petition and for an extra charge to be determined with the host.
