The farmhouse "Ginestra" is located in Arcidosso and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway.
The 75 m² property in the ground floor consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate 6 people.
Available amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a dishwasher, and a washing machine.
A baby cot can be provided. This farmhouse offers a private outdoor area with a garden, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower.
Guests can also enjoy a shared outdoor pool (open from June until the end of September, from 9 am to 8 pm, pool opening times in compliance with regional regulations). 2 parking spaces are available on the property. Wearing a swimming cap in the pool is mandatory. Families with children are welcome. 1 pet is allowed. Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Air conditioning is not available. Please note that the property is not a standalone house but consists of multiple apartments on different floors, providing each group with the perfect balance of privacy and comfort.
